That is not feedback. That is data.
People will tell you your idea is great because it is easier than telling you the truth. What they will not do is fake urgency. So stop tracking compliments and start tracking behaviour: who asks for a sample, who asks for an introduction, who asks when they can buy.
Interest is polite. Action is information. Build toward the second one.
